This role requires exceptional organizational and collaborative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage wait staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience in a senior management position overseeing a full-service restaurant
• A passion for excellence in hospitality
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Handlers) required
• Proficiency in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) andPOS
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and digitally
• Ability to effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude
• A solid track record of leading high-caliber service
• Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
• The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 50lbs
• Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
