Our client is a global automotive manufacturing leader! They have been experiencing growth and need to add a New Model Engineers to their team. This company is family-oriented and has a great working atmosphere.

As New Model Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing new model or model change projects from inception through completion
Working with and being the main contact for both internal and external customers
Coordinating the projects with logistics, purchasing, quality, product development, etc. and ensuring accountability
Working with outside vendors

To be considered for the New Model Engineer position you must have:
A BS in Engineering is preferred but not required
1 year or co-op experience in the automotive industry
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivation
Ability to work well with others
