Overview Network Administrator / Cisco Licensing Specialist Onsite in Austin, TX. 1 year CDW Contract Coworker opportunity. We are looking for a detail?oriented individual to manage Cisco licensing and device inventory tasks as part of a contracted engagement. Responsibilities Fix device connectivity issues to Cisco CSPC (SNMP configuration adjustments required). Review and correct Cisco inventory tied to support contracts, including tracking decommissioned devices, processing thousands of Excel entries, and coordinating with a Cisco representative. Clean up and reconcile Cisco licensing contracts in a messy, spreadsheet?driven process and different system. Update and correct device/license allocation in the Cisco Software Portal (Expedia account). Must be familiar with Cisco licensing models and portal quirks. Perform remote WAN failover testing at 40+ office locations.
