Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a
Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to help support our expanding BayCare practice across multiple modern, well-resourced hospitals in the Tampa Bay area.
What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out - Primary Coverage: St Joseph's Women's Hospital (Tampa)
- Schedule: Variety of shifts including: 12-hour day, 12-hour night, 16hour night shifts and 24-hour shifts
- Practice Variety: Opportunities to rotate through:
- Morton Plant Hospital - Level II NICU (10 beds)
- Mease Countryside Hospital - Level III NICU (12 beds)
- St. Joseph's South Hospital - Level II NICU (11 beds)
- St. Joseph's North Hospital - Level II NICU (8 beds)
- 24/7 In-House Neonatal Coverage at all BayCare hospitals
- Team-Based Care: Night coverage always by a neonatologist or NNP; normal newborn care shared by neonatologists & pediatricians
- Large, Collaborative Practice:
- 19 Neonatologists
- 5 Neonatal Hospitalists
- 18 NNPs

Qualifications - Current APRN national specialty certification
