Job Summary:

The M&A Associate will play a key role in evaluating, executing, and integrating mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with strong project management skills who can collaborate effectively with senior leadership. This position reports directly to the companys Chief Financial Officer and is integral to driving the company's long-term strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets aligned with strategic objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with target companies, industry contacts, and external advisors
• Actively manage the companys M&A pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking, timely progress, and achievement of targets
• Prepare summaries, presentations, and analysis to support evaluation of M&A opportunities by companys senior leadership and investors
• Manage and coordinate M&A due diligence, working with internal cross-functional teams and external advisors
• Assist in post-merger integration planning and execution to ensure successful integration of acquired companies
• Support other strategic projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required
• 25 years of relevant professional experience, including finance, accounting, consulting, investment banking, sales, or other corporate experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Familiarity with financial statements and/or financial analysis is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
