Medical Office Receptionist

• $17.50/ hour
• Full Time & Long-Term Opportunity
• 8:30am - 5:30pm | Monday - Thursday
• 8:00am - 12:00pm | Fridays | July & August only
• 8:30 - 5:30pm | September 24' - June 25'
• Urgently Hiring

Job Duties:

• This position requires keyboard skills, customer services skills, and attention to detail while managing frequent interruptions and requests
• Answer the phone, respond to emails, transfer calls, distribute faxes, convey messages between staff/clients, receive staff/clients, collect client co-pays, schedule appointments, and scan documents.
• Submit insurance billings and follow up with insurance companies for payment status
• Customer service
• Self & team motivation
