Join Our Team as a Medical Practice Manager at Aboud Health Group

Aboud Health Group (AHG), located near Mississauga’s Square One, is a thriving multidisciplinary healthcare provider committed to delivering excellent patient care and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Practice Manager to work closely with our leadership, ensuring the clinic operates at its best and all responsibilities are handled with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, maintaining a smooth, organized workflow that supports patients, physicians, and staff.
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure priorities are met and tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.
• Lead hiring, training, and staff development, promoting a cohesive culture where everyone can perform at their highest level.
• Manage EMR systems (OSCAR/AVAROS), OHIP billing, payroll, and end-of-day accounting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain clinic facilities, monitor inventory, and manage supply orders to keep our environment prepared and welcoming.
• Coordinate physician schedules, streamline patient appointments, and enhance overall patient flow.
• Assist in community outreach and patient-focused initiatives that strengthen our presence and relationships.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare management, ideally in a family medicine or primary care setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities that foster accountability, teamwork, and trust.
• Proficiency in EMR systems, medical billing, and basic accounting procedures.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a steady commitment to supporting both patient care and team success.
• Flexibility to work morning and afternoon/evening shifts as needed.
