• Seasonal position: Lasts until May, with potential to extend depending on crop cycles\n\t
• Shifts: Monday–Friday (OT available on Saturdays)\n\t \n\t\t
• 1st: 6:00am–2:30pm\n\t\t
• 2nd: 2:00pm–10:30pm ( shift premium )\n\t\t
• 3rd: 10:00pm–6:30am ( shift premium )\n\t\t
• Flexibility to work any shift required — all team members start training on 1st shift\n\t

  \n\n What You’ll Do as a Seed Production Operator: \n\n
  \n\t
  • Operate plant delinting equipment, monitor dryer temperatures\n\t
  • Maintain seed cleaning equipment and track waste products\n\t
  • Record measurements and support the Plant Supervisor\n\t
  • Adjust cleaner and gravity tables, ensure seed quality control\n\t
  • Perform preventive maintenance and adhere to safety regulations\n
  \n\n Who Thrives in this Role?\n\n

  • Those with a high school diploma or GED (required)\n\t
  • Candidates with at least 2 years' experience in manufacturing, seed production, ginning, seed conditioning, or relevant agricultural/mechanical fields\n\t
  • Individuals knowledgeable about OSHA’s Lockout Tagout (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry procedures\n\t
  • People capable of lifting 50 lb. bags and who demonstrate strong mechanical ability\n\t
  • Team players with excellent communication and collaboration skills\n
