Job Description

Marketing Manager

Houston, TX | On-site

About Us

We are wholesalers and exclusive distributors of Middle Eastern fragrance brands. We work through a multi-channel portfolio and specialize in North American and South American markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead B2C and B2B marketing functions across our growing portfolio of fragrance brands and company divisions. This is a hands-on leadership role designed for someone who thrives in a constantly adapting environment, is comfortable working with a lean team, enjoys building systems, and training teams.

You will be responsible for leading and developing marketing operations across e-commerce, wholesale, and retail, while managing campaign executions, overseeing partner coordination (LATAM), and helping shape the structure of the internal marketing team.

This is a high-ownership role with leadership visibility, financial accountability, positive energy, and team-building responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Lead omnichannel marketing campaigns for B2C and B2B channels, including e-commerce, wholesale, distribution, and retail.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategy with brand and goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, email open/clickthrough rates, organic, ROAS, engagement, SEO, etc.).

Hands-On Execution & System Building

  • Organize and launch digital and out-of-home campaigns
  • Redefine and manage internal marketing processes, workflows, and reporting frameworks from the ground up.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to streamline marketing operations.

Digital/Social Marketing

  • Oversee digital strategy and execution.
  • Oversee influencer outreach, UGC strategy, and product seeding efforts
  • Improve and lead email and SMS marketing execution.
  • Optimize digital storefront contents, SEO, and branding across multiple SKUs.

Brand Activation & Events

  • Plan and manage events, local brand activations, and industry trade shows.
  • Coordinate in-store marketing materials, creative production, and event logistics.
  • Serve as the primary contact for external agencies and creative vendors.

LATAM Coordination & Global Partner Support

  • Oversee distribution and partners in LATAM to record and align campaigns, messaging, and launches.
  • Ensure consistent branding across markets while adapting to regional needs.
  • Communicate regional market trends and competitive shifts to the executive team.

Team Leadership & Budget Oversight

  • Lead and restructure the internal marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, expense reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party agencies and vendors to support campaign execution.
  • Develop SOPs for the department

Required:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or execution-heavy role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Leadership mindset — strategic, proactive, analytical, and execution-focused
  • Financial fluency — ability to track ROI, budget spend, and vendor performance

Perferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to run digital and offline campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and influencer platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, project management, and communication skills.
  • Track record of working in fast-paced environments with limited resources.
  • Experience in fragrance, beauty, luxury goods, or consumer products preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (pop-up events, partner meetings, trade shows).
  • Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, creative team environment.

What We Offer

  • High-impact role with ownership and visibility across multiple brands.
  • Opportunity to build the marketing function from the ground up.
  • Flexible Schedule
  • Paid Time Off

Note:

- This role requires the individual to be fully on-site and will be working out of 10052 Harwin Dr. STE C, Houston, TX 77036
