Overview KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Finance and Accounting to join our CFO organization. Responsibilities Act as a change leader to forward finance transformation, business strategy, and operationalizing change by delivering in-depth analysis and data-driven insights related to the company's strategic as well as operating planning activities Serve as a trusted business advisor for assigned practice leaders and finance leadership; analyze key performance indicators and develop a point of view to assist leadership in identifying risks which can facilitate timely course correction Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision making; simplify complex messages, highlight and summarize key points (tell the business story that supports the numbers) Advance the financial strategy of the firm through proactive analysis and actionable planning and forecasting, with emphasis on the future (fiscal year to go and three-year medium-term outlook) Leverage experience and subject matter knowledge to work independently to drive vague or complex requests to meaningful completion; collaborate cross-functionally to support business initiatives and provide financial insights Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more; identify and resolve issues that hinder the team’s effectiveness; develop new skills as the business and finance function transforms Qualifications Minimum five years of recent accounting and finance experience, preferably within a professional services environment Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Proficient in financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Be a strategic thinker with a proactive, results-driven mindset Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring and are an equal opportunity employer.
