Maintenance Administrator - Full Time - La Porte (TX), United States

We are looking for a/an Maintenance Administrator to join our Services_AME team in United States .
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve any purchase order discrepancies
* Use software like MVP One, D365, and maintenance data management. Proficiency use of Microsoft office application (Word, Excel)
* Responsible for managing various vendors that are on-site
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment
* Collaborate with the maintenance team and other depts. to gather information on updates or changes with equipment.
* Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits, including organizing and providing requested documents and records
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel from diverse backgrounds at all levels of the organization
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
* Proficiency use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel). Proficiency in document management software (MVP ONE)
* High school diploma (or equivalent)
* Ability to learn turbomachinery parts
* Physical ability to work in a shop environment to gather data from the equipment
