Pay Rate: $17.00-18.00/hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We’re hiring Machine Operators for a respected manufacturer in Newton, NC. If you have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for quality work, we want to hear from you.
Operate an automated machine to produce detailed parts—shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more (this is a fast paced environment)
Use precision measuring tools like calipers to ensure exact specifications
Adjust speeds and feeds for efficient production and top-quality output
Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized
Follow safety protocols and operational procedures
Pitch in with other production tasks as needed
High school diploma or GED (required)
Ability to read and understand instructions in English
Basic knowledge of machine operations or manufacturing processes
Excellent focus, reliability, and attention to detail and a stable work history
Consistent, competitive pay at $18/hour
