Now Hiring: Machine Operators – 1st & 3rd Shift
Location: Newton, NC
Pay Rate: $17.00-18.00/hour
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

We’re hiring Machine Operators for a respected manufacturer in Newton, NC. If you have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and a passion for quality work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate an automated machine to produce detailed parts—shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and more (this is a fast paced environment)

• Use precision measuring tools like calipers to ensure exact specifications

• Adjust speeds and feeds for efficient production and top-quality output

• Keep your work area clean, safe, and well-organized

• Follow safety protocols and operational procedures

• Pitch in with other production tasks as needed

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Ability to read and understand instructions in English

• Basic knowledge of machine operations or manufacturing processes

• Excellent focus, reliability, and attention to detail and a stable work history
