Private couple in Miami Beach, FL is looking hire a Live-out Domestic Couple for their 8,500 square foot residence. They travel 5 months out of the year and you will stay back and maintain the home most of the time.
Job Responsibilities : Daily light housekeeping, laundry, ironing, cooking and dinner prep, shopping and errands. Outdoor grounds maintenance, auto cleaning and maintenance, errands, minor interior and exterior maintenance and repairs. Assist with cleaning the 72' fishing boat behind the home. Travel not required but possible to the secondary home in Colorado. They are away frequently, have no pets or live in children. Their grandson lives in the guest house. Entertaining is expected on occasion. Reimbursement for health coverage is an option.
What Works Best for Family: They are fairly easy going, but expect tasks of deep cleaning and maintenance to be done while we are away.
