If you have a CNA license, and have experience working as a private-duty home care professional for older adults, this job may be a great fit for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with personal care
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Medication reminders
• Provide attention to clients non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist with errands and shopping
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers

QUALIFICATIONS

• CT CNA License and 2+ years of home care experience
• Driver's license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance with your name as the insured on the policy
• Residence in the state of CT, RI, or MA
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
