We're seeking a
Remote Life Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic and expanding team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with
prior State Farm experience who understands the consultative approach, thrives in a structured sales environment, and wants to work with a team that values performance and supports growth.
What You'll Do: - Sell life and health insurance policies to qualified prospects and existing clients
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and offer tailored coverage solutions
- Guide clients through the application process, policy servicing, and claim support
- Build and manage your own remote book of business with warm leads and referrals
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and documentation standards
What We're Looking For: - Active Life & Health Insurance license (required)
- Previous experience with State Farm or similar captive agency model strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in life insurance sales and client relationship management
- Strong self-discipline, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable using virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
