About Us

Full Service Pros is seeking a Licensed Public Adjuster to represent policyholders in the inspection, evaluation, and negotiation of residential property insurance claims. You will conduct field inspections, prepare detailed estimates, interpret insurance policies, and advocate for fair settlements on behalf of our clients.

This is a commission-based position, ideal for driven professionals who thrive in a field-based environment and want to be rewarded directly for their results. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple claims with integrity, independence, and urgency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site property inspections to assess and document damages
  • Interpret and apply insurance policy language to determine coverage
  • Prepare and submit accurate estimates using Xactimate or similar estimating software
  • Represent and advocate for policyholders in all communications with carriers
  • Negotiate settlements to ensure full and fair compensation
  • Maintain organized, compliant claim files with timely updates to clients
  • Reassess or escalate claims when underpaid or discrepancies are identified

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in public adjusting, insurance claims, restoration, or a related field
  • Valid Florida Public Adjuster license (e.g., 3-20)
  • Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple claims and meet deadlines
  • Professional, ethical, and empathetic demeanor
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites across the region
