Licensed Plumber

A Licensed Plumber is responsible for independently installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for water, gas, and drainage in accordance with building codes and job specifications. This role includes supervising and guiding a team of apprentice plumbers, with minimal oversight required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise plumbing jobs, manage teams, and oversee project execution

• Perform installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and plans

• Recognize safety hazards related to plumbing installations and implement corrective measures

• Interpret blueprints and follow instructions from supervisors or contractors; complete all required quality assurance documentation

• Exercise sound judgment on-site to resolve issues efficiently without compromising quality or causing delays

Qualifications:

• Active residential or journeyman plumber license issued by the State Board of Plumbing

• Valid driver's license

• High attention to accuracy and detail

• Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively

• Must successfully pass a DOT Physical and drug screening
