Job Description
Our client, a leading insurance company, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Detroit, Michigan team.
This is a hybrid remote position, 2 remote and 3 days in-office.
Candidates should have 2 to 3+ years of either personal injury protection (PIP)/No-Fault defense experience and/or motor vehicle accident defense experience. Staff counsel, in-house and defense litigation firm experience is welcomed.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a personal injury caseload, involving one or more of the following practice areas:
UM, UIM, PIP/No-Fault, bodily injury, general liability.
Candidates should have experience with Westlaw, MS Word and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal skills are required.
