Responsibilities:

• Revise immigration forms.
• Draft/revise legal documents.
• Ensure all cases are reviewed promptly and adhere to the firm’s standards.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Participate in periodic team meetings to enhance team performance and provide feedback.
• Complete key performance indicators to evaluate team performance.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements and skills :

• High school diploma required; college experience preferred.
• Able to work in a target/goal-driven position with weekly targets adjusted by the department team lead and supervisor.
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent multitasking skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Adaptability to new policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and on schedule.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• A proactive approach to learning and development.
• Demonstrates a high level of accountability, ensuring responsibilities are met and owning up to the outcomes of tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with immigration applications such as Adjustment of Status, VAWA Petitions, Naturalizations, T-Visa, U-Visa, and B2 Visas is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be offered.
