Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Coatesville, PA
Job Summary:
The General Laborer is responsible for the assembly, cleaning, packaging, and crating of Roberts Filter Group products within a fast-paced, changing environment at our fabrication facility.
Responsibilities:
Assemble finished products following fabrication.
Clean products prior to packaging and shipping.
Crate products for shipping.
Follow facility safety protocols.
Utilize shop hand tools.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Competencies:
Product packaging and preparation.
Shipping and receiving.
Adherence to facility safety police and procedures.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Flexibility to perform shift work and overtime when needed.
Punctuality and Attendance.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a labor-intensive environment.
Prior shipping, receiving, or packaging experience a plus.
Ability to work Monday to Friday 6:30am-2:30pm shift.
Availability to perform overtime when needed.
Strong work ethic.
Proven record of regular attendance and punctuality.
Ability to handle physical workload.
