Job Description
Junior Litigation Project Manager – Gunster is seeking a Jr. Litigation Project Manager to work out of the Chicago area. This is a 1 – 2 year position supporting Litigation Project Managers and Attorneys in the Business Litigation Group, particularly the eDiscovery area of focus, and is a great opportunity for candidates interested in law school to gain prior legal experience and work with a dynamic, cooperative team.
This position will perform substantive tasks that assist our Litigation Project Manager and Attorney teams in preparing case materials for pre-litigation and litigation work, with a concentration on eDiscovery.
Responsibilities include assisting with the collection, review management and production of client data; assisting with preparation for interviews, depositions, and/or client meetings; organizing and managing electronic and paper files; and coordinating with internal resources and outside vendor services.
Bachelor’s degree required. Must be proficient in MS Word and possess a willingness to learn new technology.
This position will be a hybrid position working remotely and with the Chicago-based eDiscovery team. Some travel may be required.
