Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance customer support. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Strong analytical skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information. Proficient in using CRM systems and technical support tools. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
