General Purpose:
The Administration Intern will assist the Department of Administration with the day-to-day operations of the municipality. The intern’s role will revolve heavily around research and analysis. Projects assigned throughout the internship are expected to vary in topic and will give the intern a greater understanding of the multiple dimensions and functions of local government.

Qualifications:
Seeking Juniors or above majoring in Public Relations, Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Communications, or a related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills; Experience with Microsoft Office applications (including Access and Excel); Ability to conduct effective research and write reports; Ability to work in groups and independently to solve problems.
