Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Norman Park, GA. The Inside Sales Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including managing customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build strong long-lasting relationships. The role also involves coordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiating abilities
• Proficiency in managing and processing orders and customer inquiries
• Experience in providing product information and customized solutions
• Team collaboration and coordination skills
• Proven track record in sales or customer service positions
• Familiarity with metal roofing and siding products is a plus
