America's Auto Auction (AAA) is a full-service used-vehicle auction services provider that facilitates the wholesale remarketing of used vehicles for (Business to Business) B2B customers, delivering a critical liquidity function to enable the used car sales ecosystem. Based in Carmel, IN, AAA facilitates the selling and buying of used vehicles at physical auction sites across 19 states as well as on digital platforms. The Company's daily mission is simple and straightforward: to provide high quality service and operational execution for dealers and institutional customers.
America's Auto Auction - Columbus Fair is looking for an outstanding Full-Time Inside Sales Coordinator. The Inside Coordinator is responsible for organizing all pick-up orders from various sources. They will set up weekly Lease/Bank and Damaged and Disabled Sale on a weekly basis. This individual exhibits superior customer service at all times.
What You Will Do: •Assist walk in dealers and answer incoming sales department phone calls.
•Organize and set sale for each week.
•Manage sale board during week to maintain proper sale lane usage.
•Monitor and respond to registration/sales/transportation and sales day text chats.
•Ensure timely, efficient pick-up of dealer vehicles.
•Work with transportation of all qualified dealer vehicles to the auction.
•Open recon/mechanic shop work orders for any dealer vehicles.
•Review condition reports are properly processed and sent.
•Selling of auction services to dealers.
•Maintain inventory folders to keep the department well organized.
•Work auction inventory each week to keep abandoned dealer inventory controlled.
•Assist in obtaining all pertinent floor prices and lights from the various dealers to be represented.
•Assist customers with questions and/or concerns.
•Communicate with dealers about cars to run for the following week.
•Send final post sale reports, bills of sales to dealers that have requested those.
•Push no sales to OVE and work with digital team on listing and sales.

Requirements
Qualifications: •High School Diploma or equivalent
•Previous sales and customer service experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience required.
•Should be highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient.
•Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must possess a valid driver's license.
•Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve.
