Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Summer 2026 Industrial Engineering Intern\. This internship will support the Palmdale \(PLM\) Advanced Development Programs \(ADP\) Operations Analysis & Core Team\. As an intern, you'll work onsite alongside a team of Industrial Engineers who will provide guidance, mentorship, and hands\-on training throughout your experience\. This internship will provide you with a challenging and rewarding experience, where you'll contribute to staffing plans for the Palmdale \(PLM\) site, support touch labor estimates for Advanced Development Programs \(ADP\), and assist with time studies related to F\-35 and F\-22 parts\. You will collaborate with Production Operations, Supervisors, and Leadership, as well as cross\-functional support teams\. **Basic Qualifications:** Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering\. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Familiar with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies Strong ability to multi\-task, organize, and prioritize assignments in a fast\-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and Project Python, SQL and Industrial Engineering Methodologies **Desired Skills:** Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis VBA programming experience for automation and process improvement Familiarity with CAD tools and engineering design software Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work hands\-on with mechanical tools, systems, and processes\. **Clearance Level:** None **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $31,616 \- $77,788\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
