Location: Red Oak, TX The Role: What will you do? Conduct comprehensive time studies to identify process improvement opportunities. Assist in the implementation and development of 5S projects throughout the facility. Develop work instructions and visual aids to assist production and improve quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Safety, to drive Industrialization project success. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes are a plus. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) and other engineering tools are a plus. Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes is a plus.
