We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial contracts, corporate law, and employment law, particularly within the construction or development industry. The position offers the opportunity to provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance across various business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts to align with company objectives and mitigate risks.

• Provide legal counsel on employment law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and policies.

• Advise on corporate governance and legal strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues related to construction and development projects.

• Manage contract negotiations with external stakeholders to secure favorable terms.

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Ensure all business practices comply with relevant laws and industry standards.

• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to streamline operations.

• Represent the company in legal matters, including disputes, litigation, or regulatory inquiries.

• Build and maintain relationships with external legal advisors and stakeholders.

• Licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience in a legal role.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial contracts, contract negotiations, and corporate law.
• Proven expertise in employment law and compliance.
• Experience within the construction or development industry is highly preferred.
• Strong drafting skills for contracts and other legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and negotiations.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and attention to detail.
