Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Cincinnati area. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong background in commercial contracts, corporate law, and employment law, particularly within the construction or development industry. • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to streamline operations.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including disputes, litigation, or regulatory inquiries.
