Bartender - Seasonal Position


Position Overview


Join our team as a Bartender for Santa's Tavern and the seasonal pop-up bar. This role is all about crafting beverages, delivering exceptional service, and creating a festive, high-quality experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area.
• Follow all state and company alcohol service laws and safety guidelines.
• Engage guests with a warm, festive attitude to enhance their holiday experience.
• Assist with inventory management, as well as bar setup and breakdown for both Santa's Tavern and the Wine Room activation.

Qualifications

• Valid California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification required.
• Prior bartending experience in high-volume or event environments preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the event season.
