Job Description
HVAC Cleaning Technicians are fundamental to the Duct-itions experience and are
counted on to provide exceptional customer service as a face of the company.
This important position faces new, bold challenges every clean. An understanding of
residential heating and cooling systems preferred however, training and uniform
provided. Duct-itions has a strong desire to provide an outstanding customer experience
from beginning to end. We strive to continually provide a unique service to all our
customers. Providing the best in evasive full contact duct cleaning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Perform HVAC cleaning duties on residential and property
management job sites.
● Set up job sites for HVAC cleaning processes with the necessary
equipment.
● Operate various cleaning tools and materials
● Handle customer questions with the highest degree of
professionalism and courtesy.
● Build a lasting professional relationship with customers by
consistently displaying intelligence and expertise, sincerity and
trustworthiness, and honesty and reliability.
● Maintain acceptable levels of stock and inventory and refill stock in a
timely manner when necessary.
● Maintain acceptable levels of equipment efficiency.
● Maintain a working knowledge of all company services and
promotions.
● Comply with all Health & Safety legislation, policies, and protocols,
including reporting issues and infractions to the company manager.
