Job Description

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including the ability to maintain, design, and service various heating and cooling systems. This role requires mechanical knowledge and expertise in current and past and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Mechanic will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems while adhering to safety standards.

*Duties*

* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
* Diagnose issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
* Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure efficient operation of equipment.

Implementation of HVAC systems that meet client specifications.

* Plumb and connect refrigerant lines as needed for system installations.
* Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Drive company vehicles to job sites as required.

*Requirements*

* Proven experience as an HVAC Mechanic or similar role.
* 5-7 years experience.
* Ability to work independently.
* Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC/R systems.
* Ability to plumb refrigerant lines effectively.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; van driving experience is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
* Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
