We specialize in residential and commercial HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance. Our team is growing and we are looking for a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team.

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for ensuring that all installations and repairs are completed in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify any issues or potential problems.
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Install and connect ductwork, piping, and other components of HVAC systems.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and explaining repair/maintenance options.
• Keep accurate records of all work performed, including parts used and hours worked.
• Communicate with management and team members to ensure that all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A lead installer should have at least three years of experience in HVAC installation and a proven track record of successful projects.
• Certification: Hold HVAC certifications- EPA, NATE cert.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical and refrigeration systems.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a project- delegate tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Problem-Solving: Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any installation issues that may arise.
• Technical Skills: Strong technical skills for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• Customer Service: Good communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and address their concerns.
• Safety: Commitment to safety protocols and knowledge of relevant safety regulations.
• Physical Fitness: HVAC installation often requires lifting and working in various conditions, so physical fitness is important.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage installation projects, order necessary materials, and keep accurate records.
• Attention to Detail: Being meticulous to ensure systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
• Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and adapt to new industry standards.
• Availability: Should be available between the hours of 8am-5pm M-F.
