HVAC Apprentice
Location: Topeka, KS

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Apprentice to join our team in Topeka, Kansas. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems under the supervision of experienced technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and servicing of HVAC systems and equipment
  
• Support senior technicians in diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
  
• Load and unload tools and materials for job sites
  
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
  
• Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry standards
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
  
• Interest in HVAC systems and willingness to learn
  
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
  
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
  
• Previous experience or technical training is a plus
