Job Description

SUMMARY:

This role is highly focused on supporting the internal Dexian employee population. This person can expect to coordinate and administer a variety of HR related responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to record-keeping, project coordination, employee engagement, employee communications, HR administration, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process Terminations of Internal Employees
  • Manage and monitor termination processes in both ServiceNow and PeopleSoft systems
  • Prepare and issue severance packages to departing employees
  • Perform a bi-weekly termination audit by cross-referencing terminations in ServiceNow with the inactive report
  • Employee Engagement
  • Coordinate and prepare Dedicated Service Awards, including collaborating with the employee’s manager, submitting requests to vendor (Source4), and maintaining communication with the employee throughout the process
  • Manage the New Hire Spotlight in the Knowledge Library
  • Compile and send a monthly report to the Consultant Experience team, listing all consultants' birthdays
  • Prepare and send a monthly report to all managers, highlighting the birthdays and work anniversaries of internal employees
  • Prepare and send a monthly report to the Communications team, highlighting internal New Hires, anniversaries, and promotions
  • Submit a monthly report of employees celebrating their 1-year anniversaries to the Chief People Officer (CPO)
  • Submit all internal new hires to vendor (Source4) for new hire gifting coordination
  • Coordinate and manage gifting for life-changing events, including the birth of a child, marriage, and bereavement
  • Internal and Consultant Referrals
  • Monitor and track employee referrals
  • Submit bonus details to payroll for processing
  • Miscellaneous
  • Ensure Equifax files are consistently updated for Verifications of Employment, maintaining accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor the HR inbox twice daily and escalate urgent or complex matters as necessary
  • Update and maintain Organizational Charts for internal Knowledge Library

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 1 – 3 years of work experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Interest in working in a progressive HR function in a professional services environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries
  • Experience in a HRIS system, preferably PeopleSoft
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve on a daily basis
