RPM Staffing is seeking an HR Recruiter for our McAlester, Oklahoma location!

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment through organization and be highly adept at multi-tasking and be able to provide EXCEPTIONAL customer-service. Additional duties may be assigned.

Job Duties:

• Assist in processing applicants
• Scheduling appointments
• Recruiting/Working job boards/Posting jobs
• Processing pre-employment paperwork
• Conducting orientations on new hires
• Completing daily reports

Requirements:

• 5 years minimum working in a fast paced office environment
• Outstanding computer skills
• Must be able to multi-task
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Must have worked in an office environment, working in a Human Resource capacity is a plus.
