Location: Whittier, CA 90601

Position: Administrative Assistant
Unit: Human Resouces

Pay Rate: $26/hr.

Duration: 13 weeks

Expected Schedule: 5×8 hour shifts: 7am-6:30pm
shift times will differ depending on need so they must be available to work from these times. Will only work 8 hours per day.


Required Skills:


•Ability to perform multiple tasks with completing priorities
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Competent in use of office equipment
•Excellent computer skills
•Ability to perform in an independent manner, anticipating needs of employees, co-workers, and management
•Careful attention to detail and prompt execution of all work assignments


Required :
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Three years' experience with one year in an administrative capacity or in a Human Resources office.


Preferred :
•Human Resources courses or college education preferred.
•Bilingual in Spanish


Our client is one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Providers in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
