PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Housing Stability Manager (HSM) has the responsibility to ensure the intermediate and long term residential stability of all housing residents. To promote ASDs mission and goals, to respect the confidentiality of all who come to us for information or assistance, and to personally maintain the dignity and integrity of one who is placed in a position of public trust. The Housing Stability Manager continuously works on helping to improve the organization and on communicating openly.
The focus of this position will be to ensure efficient delivery of quality case management services to clients through assessment, planning, service procurement, delivery, coordination, and monitoring, ensuring all services are offered in an inclusive, respectful and delivered in a professional manner. The HSM reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and is required to attend supervisory and case conferences and other meetings as directed. He/She is a member of the Quality Management team. The HSM is to ensure that all housing related direct care staff client data be accurate and up to date. Because the position manages confidential information for clients, the HSM must demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism. This position is full time and requires travel to and from housing facilities.

Regular office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
SALARY RANGE:
$55,000.00 $65,000.00 per year
