Our mission is to empower survivors through compassionate care, advocacy, and education, ensuring their journey to recovery and independence.Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at our Homeless Shelter. The Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing direct services to shelter residents, including crisis intervention, advocacy, and case management. This position requires a strong commitment to supporting individuals in crisis and helping them navigate the path to safety and self-sufficiency.The Case Manager provides a variety of individual and/or group supportive services that address both short-term and long-term client needs.* A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.
