Job Description
Running Horse, LLC is an oilfield logistics company based in New Town, ND, specializing in trucking water and sand. We have been in business since November 2011, and our fleet includes over 50 trucks and more than 70 trailers. We are looking to hire highly skilled Class ‘A’ CDL drivers who will primarily haul water, sand, and oilfield service loads for our team! Experience and familiarity with the Bakken shale area is STRONGLY preferred. We take great pride in our reputation and are committed to delivering TOP quality service to our customers.
An ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in oilfield trucking. Key qualities include safety awareness, the ability to thrive under pressure, attention to detail, and a TEAM PLAYER attitude! Drivers will collaborate closely with Dispatch, the Operations Manager, and fellow team members, and MUST be able to follow directions effectively while learning and adhering to our workflow, dispatch software and safety systems. Oilfield experience is mandatory. ALL applicants MUST possess a valid Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement.
Running Horse, LLC provides a rotating schedule of 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off. All drivers are paid off of a competitive percentage base.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Valid Class ‘A’ CDL with Tanker Endorsement
* Minimum 3 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
* Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
* Must pass pre-employment drug screening
* Oilfield hauling experience strongly required
* Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and operate independently
* Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
