Reports To: Beverage Manager / F&B Director
Department: Food & Beverage – Beverage Operations
Otonomus Hotel, Las Vegas’ newest AI-powered luxury destination, is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at O Bar . If you’re passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve beverages in a high-volume environment with efficiency and precision.
Provide attentive, engaging, and professional guest service in line with Otonomus’ hospitality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Assist with bar setup, restocking, and closing duties.
Collaborate with the team to support private events, tastings, and special activations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale bar, hotel, or restaurant.
Knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology techniques, and wine & spirits.
Flair bartending experience preferred – showmanship is a plus!
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness (TAM/Health Card) certifications required.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
