Project Manager HCAI (Healthcare Construction)

We're seeking a Project Manager experienced in HCAI (formerly OSHPD) projects to join our growing California-based healthcare construction team . In this critical role, youll lead complex hospital and medical facility builds, ensuring strict compliance with California healthcare regulations while delivering high-quality results on time and on budget.

🔧 What Youll Do

Lead day-to-day construction operations on HCAI-regulated projects
Coordinate with HCAI officials, IORs, architects, and hospital stakeholders
Oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, and project budgets
Ensure compliance with Title 24, ICRA protocols, and safety regulations
Run OAC meetings and maintain all project documentation (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
Deliver project closeouts including COs, punch lists, and turnover packages

What You Bring

5+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction
2+ years managing HCAI/OSHPD hospital projects (General Contractor side)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of HCAI permitting, inspections, and compliance
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project/Primavera, Bluebeam, BIM (Revit/Navisworks preferred)
OSHA 30 certified; CHC or ASHE certification is a plus
