LWC specializes in, serving residential complexes with a commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Handyman with experience in residential maintenance to join our team.

As a Handyman at LWC Living you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our residential complexes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing a range of maintenance tasks specific to residential properties, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Promptly responding to repair requests and efficiently resolving issues in residential units and common areas.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues in residential complexes.
• Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of residential facilities.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment within residential spaces.
• Handling in house unit turns & HVAC repairs

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a handyman, specifically in residential complexes.
• Proficiency in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks relevant to residential properties.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a must.
