Amal's Salon is a thriving and innovative hair salon located in Chatsworth. We are currently seeking skilled and passionate hair stylists to join our team on a part-time or full-time rental basis.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Hair Styling:

   • Provide a full range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair treatments, in accordance with client preferences and industry trends.
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques to offer innovative services to clients.

2. Client Consultation:

   • Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and concerns.
   • Provide expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles and treatments.

3. Client Care:

   • Offer exceptional customer service by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their salon experience.
   • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Cleanliness and Sanitation:

   • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning and disinfection of styling stations and tools.
   • Follow salon hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff.

5. Product Knowledge:

   • Be knowledgeable about salon products and recommend appropriate products to clients for at-home hair care and styling.

6. Booking and Scheduling:

   • Manage appointments, schedules, and walk-ins efficiently to optimize your availability and maximize client bookings.

7. Rental Agreement Compliance:

   • Adhere to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement, including rental fees and salon policies.

Qualifications:
