Position Summary : The Guest Services Representative will ensure quality service by assisting with daily operations at the property. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and checking-in/out guests Answering phones and supporting guests or potential guests. Work with maintenance staff to resolve any issues. Quickly address any guest inquiries or concerns with speed and professionalism. Assist with on-site convenience and souvenir store. Manage cash and perform minor accounting. Other job-related duties or special projects as assigned. Required Skills/Experience : A minimum of 1 to 2 years of customer service, hotel or retail experience. Highschool graduate or GED required. Proficient with email communication. A sense of energy, passion, integrity, honesty, great attendance, and personal responsibility. Motivation and dedication to serving customers and a job well done. Able to work with minimal supervision. Able to work approximately 20 -24 hours each week including some weekends.
