Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience.

Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Collect and confirm pet and owner information.
• Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
• Manage reservations and handle inquiries regarding schedule availability.
• Be knowledgeable about retain products and promote sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Maintain inventory and prepare restocking orders.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Process payments.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail front desk experience in a service and retail organization.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and phone systems.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide courteous and professional responses.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a retail environment, while maintaining individual responsibilities.

Job Type:
Full-time, Part-time.

Salary:

• $10.00 per hour.
