Job Description: Freelance Event Marketing Project Manager
Location: Remote
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Freelance Event Marketing Project Manager to oversee the execution of milestones related to our trade booth design, social media strategy, and collateral creation as we prepare for a launch industry tradeshow April 6-9.
The ideal person will have experience coordinating with various teams to ensure timely delivery of all project components while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. If you're a proactive problem solver with a passion for event marketing, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project timelines and milestones for a large upcoming national convention April 69, 2025.
Coordinate and oversee booth design and development ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives; manage the production and shipping of the booth.
Collaborate with the Creative Department to create and produce event collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital assets.
Collaborate with the Creative Development to develop and execute social media assets and content to maximize event visibility and engagement in the online conference portal and brand social channels.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary materials including booths, onsite signage, premiums, and other branded items, etc.
Quality control giveaways and others promotional events including offers, rules and regulations, etc.
Manage shipping and installation of tradeshow booth in collaboration with conference representatives
This is a high-stakes, very important tradeshow for the brands that are attending. We need a self-starter with a very high attention to detail who can take this assignment, run it soup to nuts largely unsupervised, and set the company up for success. You will be managing the process for two strategic brands in our business portfolio who will be attending the show individually.
Because of the nature of the assignment and the complexity of the deliverables, we need someone with demonstrable experience managing similar types of projects.
