What We're Looking For

• No high school diploma or GED required!
• Ability to stand, lift, twist, and bend
• Able to lift 35 pounds
• Availability to work overtime if needed
• Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts
• Proficient communication skills, fluent in oral and written English
• Minimum of 6 months of forklift experience
• 1+ year(s) of consistent work history
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do as a Forklift Operator

• Operate dit-down and/or stand-up forklift
• Distribute and issue products throughout production areas
• Manage warehouse inventory using scanner and EWM/WMS systems
• Perform inspections on equipment prior to and following operational use
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage areas
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Operate material handling equipment such as clamp trucks
• Keep track of products and materials and refill bins needed to perform duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned
