Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking a FMS Analyst to support our Huntsville, AL location. Candidate will perform in the capacity of a Programmatic and Logistics Specialist on the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) team. Duties Include: Develop Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) in response to Letters of Request from multiple countries that are FMS customers. Assist in the total case management of FMS cases for a Weapon System platform. The candidate will also perform Weapon System FMS case development activities which include but are not limited to: Utilizing the Integrated Major Pricing Analysis and Reporting Tool (IMPART) to develop and task Price, Availability, and Serviceability data sheets and utilizing the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) to develop LOR/LOAs. Perform functions within various systems to provide status of programs and identify potential problem areas to management. The candidate will perform Weapon System FMS case sustainment activities which include but are not limited to: Resolving Requests for Information, tracking the shipment of Aviation and/or Missile FMS equipment and resolving shipping problems, coordinating and attending Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and coordinating other equipment training and Quality Assurance Team inspections. Qualifications Required Skills/Experience : Experience with Army Aviation and Missile Systems is desired, specific experience with the Patriot Missile System is a bonus. Travel: 10 to 20% with possible travel OCONUS Must be a U.S. Citizen An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment. Education Requirements : Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of Equivalent experience Physical Job Requirements : Travel may be required, both CONUS and OCONUS Desired Skills : Excellent verbal and written skills required Quick learner with an understanding of Foreign Military Sales, Weapons Systems Acquisition, and coordination of resources among government agencies Highly organized and detail oriented candidates will be viewed favorably Prior DoD civilian, military, or contractor experience is a plus Special consideration will be made for candidates with experience working with or in foreign countries Estimated Time to Hire: August 2025 Overview People First.
