HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS SENIOR MANAGER (HYBRID) IN KATY, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Direct Hire Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager to join our client in Katy, TX. This individual will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI development, and strategic financial planning efforts across the organization. Pay, Schedule, and Location ~ Ranging from $130 - 150K, 10-12% bonus ~8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday ~ Located 4 days a week in Katy, TX (1 day remote) Duties and Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and investor expectations Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and scenario analysis Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards, offering insights on performance, trends, and variances Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain teams to drive performance improvement through actionable data Analyze and monitor key metrics and KPIs; develop tools to improve data visibility and decision-making Collaborate with private equity sponsors to support reporting, board presentations, and value creation initiatives Drive improvements in planning systems, processes, and controls to support operational excellence Support working capital management, pricing strategies, margin optimization, and other key initiatives Mentor and develop a small team as the function scales with business growth Requirements and Qualifications ~ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred) ~8+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), including within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. ~ Experience in financial planning and analysis related to in-house manufacturing and distribution preferred but not required. ~ Prior experience working in, or directly with, a private equity-backed organization required. ~ Strong financial modeling, data analysis, and business partnering skills ~ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders ~ Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or similar tools) —-- (Salary range based on experience) —-- ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
