Job Description Job Description Skier's Marine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boat Sales Representative to join our team at the Westover, AL location. What You'll Do: Guide customers through the entire sales process for our premium lineup of boats (including wake boats, pontoons, and cruisers). Use your expertise to help customers find the perfect boat that fits their needs and budget. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction before and after the sale. Work with our financing, service, and parts teams to ensure a seamless delivery experience. Actively pursue new leads and build long‑term relationships with the local boating community. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in boat or marine sales is required. A strong understanding of the boating lifestyle and product knowledge (specific knowledge of our brands is a plus). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills. A positive, results‑driven attitude and professional demeanor. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Valid state‑issued driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.
